Our fees are based on time spent in dealing with the matter.
Service includes: Considering documents, Attending on the client, Taking their instructions and providing advice, Preparing and submitting the application, Advising the client on timelines and the outcome of their application
The below prices do not include VAT or disbursements.

If there are a number of dependants the time required and cost estimate would increase depending on circumstances
Certified copies provided are charged as extra as are copies of documents from the archived file when the client has mislaid their own documents
If applications are left to the last minute and/or incomplete papers are received then urgent or duplicated work may attract additional charges
Fees could increase if the client does not have a full set of documents and information needed to complete the application or if a party has a criminal conviction
Interpreters:
We do not source interpreters and ask our clients to bring their own interpreters if needed

Stage 1
Establishing your Application Basis

Stage 2
Advising on the Rules and Criteria
We will advise you on the requirements of the chosen application and how you meet the criteria.
If you do not fulfil certain criteria we will establish how we will overcome this with you.
Stage 3
Consideration of Evidence
We will consider the supporting evidence you provide for your application and, where necessary, help you obtain further evidence.
Stage 4
Preparation and Submission of Application
Once we have obtained all of the required documentation and evidence for your application we will prepare and submit the application on your behalf.
There may be additional fees to the Home Office for your application at this stage.
Stage 5
Attendance at a Home Office Interview
If you are required to attend an interview at the Home Office we will provide clear advice and discuss attending with you if required.
Stage 6
Further Advice on Outcomes
Finally, we will give you advice regarding the outcome of your application and advise you on any further steps you may need to take.
